Welcome to Exclusive Massage! We're excited to provide you with our massage services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:
- Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in-person.
- We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment.
- We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service cost.
- Massage Services:
- Our massage services are intended for relaxation and stress relief. We do not provide medical advice or treatments.
- You will be asked to fill out a health intake form before your first appointment. Please inform your therapist of any health concerns or injuries before your massage.
- You may request a specific therapist when booking your appointment, but we cannot guarantee that your preferred therapist will be available.
- Payment:
- We accept cash, credit cards, and gift cards as payment.
- All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Liability:
- Exclusive Massage and its employees are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during or after your massage.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exclusive Massage and its employees from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from your use of our massage services.
- Privacy:
- We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
